botanicus & co - we are off and racing!

Welcome to

botanicus & co

And we are off! The Botanicus & Co website is (finally) up and running.

This is the culmination of many years of learning and thinking. Through Botanicus & Co, my aim is to provide bespoke, hand made herbal based products for horses and humans.

But that is just the first step, I also want to use the Botanicus & Co website as a vehicle for providing equine therapy, advice and education by way of personalised consultations and through this accompanying Horse Tales Blog .

The Story so far...

The idea for Botanicus & Co has been bubbling away in my brain for a very long time, making it a reality has been quite the labour of love. Devising and testing products has been fun and I invite you to visit the online shop. Plus, watch this space for more about the products in future blog posts.

Far harder, but at the same time also just as exciting has been the creation of the Botanicus & Co "plant horse" logo and then the website. I hope you like them as much as I do. The logo is the creation of the very talented Rachael Gellard. I can't thank her enough for her patience with the client from hell 😁.

As to the content on the website, to stay true to my philosophy, what you see is what you get - these are my words and my images. No AI fakery here. The horses pictured throughout the website are my PRE Nelli "the Queen", who posed for the "eye" picture I use as my header, and my big boy Thatch. They are the best teachers of all.

I am not one for the hard sell, so one thing I don't want to do is ram my stuff down your throat. I personally hate all those bloody sign ups, discount offers and pop ups every time you open a website. You won't get that here - I promise. Lets be honest, of course I would like you follow what I write, and buy the products, but I want both my words and my products to stand on their own merit.
